Two new poems from my on-going collaboration with Beth Marzoni were just published! [Imagine we can hear winter breaking its hold on the river & how] & [Cold snaps summer in half the same day someone] are out in the newest issue of Permafrost 36.1 (winter 2014). Our first poems published in Alaska! Very exciting. Also, the journal is stunning, so well-made, such care.

All my gratitude to Cimarron Review for publishing [Sometimes being here is like] & [Days the hours are no more fact than the unbelievable] in their most recent issue, just out this week. It's a truly perfect journal.

Quiddity just posted part 1 of "Finding Place in the Placelessness," an interview Chad Simpson, Justin Hamm & I gave in December. Chad's outake is pretty great, too. & here's mine. I'm honored to be included in this special collaboration between Quiddity and The Museum of Americana.

Two new poems up at Grist, in their online companion & two more enroute, via the print edition. Those editors at Grist sure do have taste. Look whose company I'm keeping!

Reading Event #11: Dora Malech, Monica Berlin, & Rhiannon Dickerson at The Hinge, February 1st at 5:30
In honor of "Yes, Virginia, There Is...", The Hinge's exhibition of Missouri regionalist painter Virginia Terpening, this eleventh reading event will feature three female poets representing the diversity and ferocity of the Midwest. Dora Malech, of Iowa, Monica Berlin, of Illinois, and Rhiannon Dickerson, of Missouri, will read a selection of their poetry at what is sure to be a wondrous event!
If you are in the neighborhood, stop by! I'm excited to see this beautiful space, looking forward to seeing my pal, Eileen G'Sell, and over-the-moon thrilled to be in the same room with Virginia Terpening's paintings.
